About the track
Named after the Spanish region that houses this track, Aragón offers 5.3 kilometers of challenging tarmac. This modern racing facility was designed by Hermann Tilke, the architect of many modern F1 circuits. The wide runoffs and unique combination of corners show modern qualities but add a really unique character. Very long sweepers at high speed are followed by corners that round more towards the end. This makes the track technically challenging and at speed very rewarding when managed well.
