With a limited amount of like-minded drivers you'll enjoy the challenging circuit of Spa-Francorchamps. Drivers with some track experience and more advanced drivers share the track to avoid larger speed differences. There's a noise limit of 103dB.
If you're more interested in improving yourself while being coached at your own level, then book the Circuittraining 3 instead on the same date. This includes an hour of 1-on-1 driver coaching.
