Team GP Elite - Porsche Sprint Challenge Southern Europe

Porsche Sprint Challenge Southern Europe

About the series

Want to continue racing throughout the winter on beautiful circuits such as Valencia, Portimão, Barcelona and Estoril? The Porsche Sprint Challenge Southern Europe is a Porsche only championship that allows you to continue racing during the winter months without having to travel very far! With 3 two-day events, the Sprint Challenge Southern Europe is a very accessible platform within Porsche Motorsport. A race weekend consists of a test day on Friday and a race day on Saturday. On the race day, drivers will complete a free practice of 60 minutes, qualifying of 35 minutes and two sprint races of 30 minutes. In total you’ll have 6 hours of driving time each race weekend!

Drivers can participate in the Porsche Sprint Challenge Southern Europe in a Porsche 992 GT3 Cup and Porsche 718 GT4 Clubsport (Gen 2). Depending on the available spots, participating in a Porsche 991 GT3 Cup or Porsche 981 GT4 Clubsport is possible as well. Drivers race in their own car and Team GP Elite runs the car for them. We also offer the possibility to rent a Porsche 718 GT4 Clubsport Gen 2, for a guest entry.

The GT3 and GT4 divisions each drive in different sessions, to minimize speed differences and optimize track time. Within these divisions are multiple classes, based on the level of the driver and model of the car. This way each driver can compete for the win in a similar field!

The perfect step

During the races, all Team GP Elite drivers will be supported by a team of experienced engineers, data- and video analysts and driver coaches. This enables the drivers to optimally enjoy and focus on their performance on track.

The team of mechanics makes sure the car is always running optimally under all circumstances. Between sessions, the driver will receive feedback from his coach using relevant data. Team GP Elite has access to reference times and data of drivers such as Larry ten Voorde, Max van Splunteren and Kevin Abbring. With this support, Ariel Levi and Team GP Elite took the championship in 2024.
